My inspiration for CantoDoodle came from observing my own kid. He hated the traditional chinese writing and rote learning methods, but was totally engaged whenever I let him just "draw" the characters instead. That's when it clicked for me - Embrace imperfection and language learning can be just as casual and fun like doodling!
My goal with CantoDoodle is to encourage early learners to explore Cantonese through simple drawings and practical phrases that can be used in daily conversations. All they need is a pencil and paper to unleash their creativity with our app.
